Okay, maybe I'm mistaken. I thought that status was based on qual miles or qual points, whichever is lower. For example, if I get 45000 points and 55000 miles, then my status would be based on those 45000 points (and I would be GOLD). If it's based on the higher of the two, then I should be okay, right?

Which is it?
