I did Premium on the domestic 747 to OKA and back in late March. Nice ride up front or on the upper deck. This is the seat map:



So if you fly premium class, you want to go for either 1A, 1K, or the "Captain Kirk" seat in the middle. In Y there are many seats with "infinite legroom." Check out 86A/C on the upper deck... now that's a unique position to sit in.
