The dried fruits (Mangoes) at Aji ichiban are labelled to US standards. I declared it and showed it to the agriculture inspector; he took one look at it, quick scan the label and I was sent on my way.

Mooncakes are confiscated not because of the fruit but the presence of salted egg yolk. The eggyolk-less ones are OK as well as the fruits and nuts.
