There is nothing per se wrong with that so long as you declare everything you are clearing (i.e. everything in the checked bags) if required. You also can't use their duty exemption, so if they have goods that are above your personal exemption you should have them carry those so they can use their exemption.
If CBP at primary asks--and I hope they would given the luggage at one-stop immigration--their truthful answer that you are taking advantage of your GE membership while they are taking advantage of the one-stop immigration should take care of any suspicion.
You should probably check all the bags under your name so you are not accused of claiming someone else's luggage.
