Thanks! Looks like my account status will be upgraded at the time the CC bonus points are posted to my IHG account.

Separate questions--if I book a hotel room for a future date (via best rate rather than using points), and I am just at Club Status right now, will the amount of hotel stay points I earn be determined base on my statue now (at Club), or at time of check in (should be Platinum Elite at that time)? Will I also be considered for room upgrades at time of check-in even though at time of booking I am just at the Club status?
