It would really help the situation if bags didn't take far too long to reach the belt at T5 (putting aside the additional issue of priority bags). On domestic flights especially, people seem to come on board with as much as they can get away with to avoid waiting the 20+ mins it usually takes at baggage reclaim.

Get the bags to the carousel quicker and strict enforcement of the 2 bag limit and things would be much better.
