I'm afraid that I think that one bag is all that should be allowed for anyone not in Business Class. This nonsense never occurs there.

Crew bags simply have to be stowed where passenger bags cannot be put. It is simply not on for space to be taken by crew particularly at the front where there is little room in any event.
