For 1), yes you have to wait. They usually take the 3 or 6 weeks time mentioned in the conditions to credit the bonus point. I don't think it was needed to book a special rate to benefit of this promo bonus, but you may wish to check the T&C of this promo. Each ones have specific conditions and hotels eligible.

For 2), I have no idea when it will be credited but it will likely take a few weeks. It should be 2x classic scheme.

You will likely have to ask for retrocredit of some of these promo bonus, and so keep a printed version of the promo page and T&C to defend your cause with LeClub customer service. It can be pretty tough sometimes
