Can you break-down your reservation fees? What's the: drop-off cost, weekly cost, daily cost, cost of add-ons (GPS, car seats, etc)? And what are the rate rules? When you booked it, it should have said "min X days", "max X days", "Sat keep required", etc etc. With all that, it should be easier to tell your damages.

I have used the A126900 AWD and XJ Rate
FYI, both LDW and ALI are included with that AWD/rate
What worries me is "base rate" since it's not broken down in weekly and daily rates.
