European rice cooker in Japan?

My wife is Japanese and we live in 230VAC country (the Netherlands). She is about to visit her family near Kobe and wants to buy a new rice cooker while she is there. Does anyone know if there are dual-voltage rice cookers (ones that work on either Japanese or European voltage)?

She told me the rice cookers sold for foreign markets are much more expensive than the local ones. If it is dual-voltage, but with a Japanese plug, I can change the plug myself.

Buying on the Internet is, of course, not a problem if someone knows a good source.
