It will either succeed as a low-cost subsidiary, or it will succeed as a calculated strategic transition that enables LH to become more focused on its core strengths and markets (i.e., retrenchment).
Are you implying that in any event the project will be reported as a success to protect the decision makers? Or perhaps I misunderstand?
