I have to second that. My FHR experience so far has be really good. I have used them a few times, mostly in vegas. This last trip to vegas I had booked: a 1 king tower suite @ the encore suites. Got upgraded to a parlor suite at the wynn towers which was 3-4x the price of my room. Received an 80 dollars per day breakfast credit, early check in (my room was ready prior to 11 am) and they offered a 4 pm check out which I declined since I was leaving early. Additionally, 100 dollar spa credit.
