I was pleasantly surprised, how much of that is down to the crew, the ovens or the airline's choice of meal I'm not sure. Generally in J the starters are pretty good (because they can't be burnt to a crisp) but the main courses can be variable. How it would have been on a clunky old 744 I don't know.
