I think you misunderstood my question. The hierarchy and differences between MasterCard tiers is no secret: Standard < Gold < Platinum < World < World Elite.
I'm just wondering why someone would opt for a Platinum over World, or World over World Elite, for the same credit card (and thus same AF).
