I am tired of trying everything they have and i have sent them email about 4 days ago. Should i just give up? Its really stupid system they have on website

Soo freaking lame, makes me feel so disgust that, i want to spit on the website page.(would do it, if it wasn't my laptop).

Being an indian (price sensitive consumer) i think i am still going to book the filght, since i save few hundreds and get to fly the time i want to and hopefully earn some useless miles.
