I have no advice about which to pick but you might be able to negotiate at special rate at one or the other. If it were me, if probably let that be the deciding factor all other things being equal.
This. Or the other alternative - find another job close to home. I had a long commute job for a couple of years...the decision to find a job close to home was the best decision I have ever made. I took a pay cut, but by the time you figure in the commute I am actually making more on an hourly basis, not even mentioning the stress level drop from not having to drive as much and how much my home life has improved from the extra time.
I know that's not what you were looking for here, but I felt compelled to say it considering how much it has improved my life.
