As CIHY says, pick up on departure level at the premium end. The best thing to look forward are the colour-coded staircases and elevators. The ones you want to aim for are ORANGE and fire door 21. As you exit on to the departures road, pick up would be on the left. The Airport actively discourages pick-up and parking is not allowed so you might want to have a cell phone number to ring when you are ready to leave the Arrivals Lounge. You won't need more than 5 minutes to get from the Arrivals lounge to the departure road.
