Firstly, as an arriving passenger ending your journey at Heathrow you will NOT have access to any departure lounges. Only departing passengers can physically reach them.
You might, if you qualify (what status do you have? what cabin are you travelling in?), be able to use the BA Arrivals lounge.
This is landside and can be accessed once you have collected your luggage and passed through customs.
