If your flight arrives at 10am, and you take an hour for immigration, baggage, etc., there will be less traffic and the taxi should cost between €40-50. But also the bus would hopefully not be as bad at that hour too.
Cost is a factor, too. The Air France bus, as I recall from my trip in April, is 17 Euros per person, each way. Three people = 54 Euros (well, the 17-month old may or may not be at full rate; I don't know).

Still, it could make a taxi a wash at that time of day.
