Even so, it was pretty clear what type of car I was after. You'd think that they'd come back and said something like, "Well we don't have a Porsche Boxter, but we can get you a Mercedes SLK350" for example. I would have even been happy with, "We're really sorry, but we can't get you a convertible sports car for this booking" because that way I know I have to go to another source, but I don't expect to have to blindly work out what inventory they have myself.
