They could easily set it up online but it isn't in their interest to make it easy.
Absolutely agree with this.
They are not lowering the number of GAs so no cost saving there.
They have to maintain the service so there's additional cost to the airline.
More people will use the said vouchers because it will be easier to get.
Although it would be great for us passengers, what possible incentive for the airlines to implement it?
