personally, i've never seen a taxi anywhere in the world that drives around with child seats.
the air france bus is non-stop, very comfortable and safe, and drops you off right in front of the hotel.
The conundrum is that taking the bus during rush hour is quite unpleasant. I'd rather be stuck in an air conditioned Mercedes than a hot bus filled with people not moving on the highway. When I'm on my own, I would take the RER during rush hour and transfer to the metro line 1 to get to the hotel. But with the family I would spend the money for a taxi.
If your flight arrives at 10am, and you take an hour for immigration, baggage, etc., there will be less traffic and the taxi should cost between €40-50. But also the bus would hopefully not be as bad at that hour too.
