The wording is poor, I thought it was a chintzy gift so I can spot my bag. No way I'd voluntarily put it on my bag.

I come to this thread and see it is some vague priority handling on RJ's... So now I have to put the ultra cheap, ultra yellow nylon on my bag or it'll come out slower? Great.
