Hi Janders -

Perhaps even better for you.

1. Checking my receipt again (my wife scans everything to digital files), I see that 20 CHF alone was for return shipping costs for the attaché, back to our home.

2. No problems since that date, and that attaché has been continually used 19+ years.

I had the option of taking the attaché back to LH Worldshop FRA, but was not sure when I would be flying back through FRA as an outbound hub. I then contacted Rimowa and was directed to the authorized repair shop I used. A very good experience.

3 weeks after having the attaché returned, I found myself flying up to FRA.
