If you left your item on a plane and happened to be in Boston, I've got the information you need (just did this today, so I know it's current!):
1. Send an email to
[email protected] describing your item. Include your flight number, seat, and any other pertinent information. They actually will respond if they have your item. I included my phone number and they sent me an email AND left me a voicemail.
2. If you're panicking and want to talk to someone, the number for the Baggage Services Office (where you'll pick up your item) at Boston Logan is 617-568-0886.
