Wow, he must have gone through a lot of work to create a new account with entering name, address, phone, birth date etc. About the only thing you can do is go online to your original account and ask Delta to combine the two accounts. Not sure how long it is taking these days, but it will likely be a few days at least. Otherwise, you will have to pay another transfer fee to get them in to your original account. I doubt they will be of much sympathy, as they make you read a disclaimer about transfers not being changeable.
