At HKIA there are two store that would have the types of products you're looking for, Kee Wah Bakery and Wing Wah. At these stores you can buy pre packaged egg rolls, red bean products, moon cakes and various other types of Chinese style sweets.
In addition tp Kee Wah and Wing Wah for traditional treats there is also Aji Ichiban.
