Too many comments on this topic based on what people think and not enough comments from people in the know.
I'm not sure what you're getting at. A crew member would not be able to travel in F and so you were moved to accomodate them in J. If they were in uniform they were on duty travel (maybe repositioning) so are given priority over some other standbys.
Staff on personal travel are the very last to be boarded with a low priority. And this discussion is about ID90s which are for personal travel.
And if that comment is directed at me - I am in the know
