One of the biggest reasons for wanting to get the day pass to lounge is to try and get away from the madness of the rest of the terminal. The food is neither here nor there for me.
Then I suggest you head to the Emperor Lounge rather than the Koru Club as I have never seen one worth the $55 they are charging.
