I'm too lazy to read the whole thread. Can someone summarize the thread into a few lines please?

I have Amex Gold Delta & BCP. Am I eligible for this? Further, what's the general consensus on the easiest method to get the full $200?

P.S: I'm new to the forum and reading through all threads is taking a lot of time. Some threads are more than 50 pages long but they are quite relevant to my situation so I don't want to skim through them. Is it possible to get a summary of each thread lol?
