Nothing recent, but my Rimowa LH attaché ( slim ) was damaged once at the hinges and front lock mechanism. Out of warranty, so I sent it to the repair service directly.

One week and about 90 CHF.

Our Topas cases have travelled a great amount, but have not sustained any damage.
