I would not aim for a new card to put $2000 on. You already have a couple of cards in the last few months including a chase card this month.

I would advice you to buy gift cards online or at 5x stores (with your ink) for home depot or whereever else you are buying this stuff from. Usually gift card portals have over 10% off on major stores.

Also if you can order stuff online, Chase UR mall and United MileagePlus mall often have attractive promotions for major home improvement stores.

Finally, stack up on 10 off 50 and 50 off 500 or 10% off new movers coupons if nothing else works out.

If you can save $200 on this purchase, that equates to 8000 UR or 9-10k UA miles. You can even buy them yourself through the UR mall.
