Help - I am confused.

I have a US visa in my non-EU passport and until now filled in the white I-94 form.

Do I now
1. turn up at the immigration just with the passport (not ESTA etc given I have a visa); or
2. fill up a form on-line, equivalent to an ESTA for visa-holders.

Suspect it is (1) given I cannot a find a form on-line.
