Not sure I'm posting this in the right place...but any feedback or help would be greatly appreciated.

I'm looking for an Award Wallet style tool that can help me keep track of such statistics as: (a) sign up dates; (b) AFs; (c) closing dates; (d) dates rewards posted; (e) interest rates; (f) goals/aims; et cetera et cetera.

I'm not a fan of mint.com (recommended to me by some) because, while it may keep track of expenses, it's not as miles/churn oriented as I'd like.

I know a lot of people on here talk about using Excel and having a personal spreadsheet which they work off of.

I have no idea how to use Microsoft Excel.

My question/request: does anyone (can anyone?) have an Excel spreadsheet, pre-formatted, which contains columns/rows containing the above-mentioned data? (If doesn't have to have the exact data points I mentioned...just in general, I need something to work off of.) Is anyone willing to post, or PM, or email me a blank pre-formatted Excel document I can work off of? If not, any FAQs or YouTube videos someone would recommend?
