I'm passing through Hongkong airport in a couple of days. I've transited at enough airports that they all look the same; I am not interested in buying scotch or Hermes scarves.

Is there anything unusual, local, noteworthy, etc. in the transit area of the airport? it could be good food for immediate consumption, but things to buy and take with (food or souvenirs) would be even better.

(An example of something local: when you pass through Kyoto-area airports KIX or ITM there is lots of yatsuhashi for sale, a local sweet that is difficult to find anywhere else because it has a short shelf life.)
