Look for a legacy UA agent when you call because the exCons often don't know there is a difference between BusinessFirst in a two-cabin and Global First, but I find the difference to be great...soup.
Yea, they offered to re-route me through IAD, but I don't want to worry about miss connecting and then screwing up the rest of my itinerary. I might do this on the return leg though.
There's also the possibility that the equipment will swap back to a 3 cabin, so I'm gonna wait and see.
