I'm sure you meant South security. Tomorrow should be slightly quieter than recent days, but I imagine North will struggle between 07:30 and 11:00 hrs BST. In the other thread on the issue I reported on what the relevant section manager told me about this a few days ago (post 18). He also mentioned they were slightly under-staffed at the moment due to a combination of staff holidays, a few resignations and maternity leave, by way of explanation rather than excuse. I would still urge people to complain, it takes less time to fill in the webform than to moan on this thread.
