I haven't tried it yet, but I just noticed that Sean Kovac's third party GV Mobile + is now in Version 3 for Google Voice. This is a paid upgrade but it supports VOIP as well as call through and callback dialing. It also appears to support push notification more directly. I will post my impressions in a few days.
