Sounds like a good plan. I'm glad you've been reading our previous comments about it, too. I think it would be harder for me to like it just because I know what the view USED to be. But everyone has different tastes. When you get out on the deck, you're going to have a really panoramic view and that may suit you just fine....rooftops or not.
