Don't think so. But it is on the list like the Westin Elbphilharmonie Hamburg. Announced in 2007 / 2008 and newest opening date is now 2016...

BTW: Don't forget about the hotels which are announced and never will be opened by starwood like the sheraton Berlin or the sheraton Würzburg or ... for example...
