It's a cupboard. No windows. Small and cramped. Rubbish snacks.
Yes, there are free drinks.
MUCH better is to head straight up the domestic pier, get a costa coffee, and sit by the enormous windows looking over 27R.
It's the best runway view from any part of heathrow.. not to mention all the natural light, PLUS it's always very quiet.. peaceful and calm.
