I have several segments flying in B772 aircraft (e.g., UA930 SFO-LHR on Tues July 09 and UA934 LAX-LHR on Wed Sep 18). When I checked the seat maps today (Saturday), on all of them the BusinessFirst section was wider than First or Economy with the seat icon shown as a square instead of the directional lozenge. The separation of the two BusinessFirst cabins by the galley was not shown.
The map also showed in the economy cabin seats 19A,B,C and 20C which do not exist. The 1K helpdesk agent also had this anomaly on her display. She contacted Web Support who could not give any explanation.
Has anyone else seen this?
