It would be one thing if the Hilton website was a good, solid website that only recently was having issues, but it has for a long time been what I consider to be an unstable website. Not to sound .....y, but those who earn Diamond the old fashioned way are on the Hilton website a fair amount, planning, changing, pulling receipts et al and many times there is a time sensitive nature to it. Its certainly a frustrating that we have to deal with a website that feels like its being run by a bunch middle schoolers, not a global enterprise with over $8 Billion in revenue a year.
