^ As an ex-airline employee who left the industry because pay just sucked, this comment in spot on. Don't begrudge someone a benefit that comes with the job. I'm certain whatever benefits you receive with your job probably annoy one or two people around you.

BTW, an airline employee in F/J is pretty rare these days. Cabins are filled with upgrades (op-up and otherwise), FF tickets, and any number of deals and favors that have nothing to do with staff travel.
