Alaska didn't meet the baggage service guarantee time on my flight from SEA-PHL today. I went to go get the magic voucher, but the baggage office in PHL is operated by Delta, had one agent working, and a line out the door for Delta passengers who were missing bags.

I bailed to catch a train instead of waiting. Any chance of getting the points after the fact by mailing customer service?
