Oh come on...give me a break. You must have standards that I am not sure anybody can meet. In 40 years, I have never had a problem with anybody's service. Yes, some is better than the other, but I have never complained.

DL these days has absolutely possibly the best overall service out there today. Just go to the UA board. All they talk about is how they wish UA had the DL standards.
