Was not in HKG for years but Grand Stanford generally have a higher occupancy rate thus IHG pay more to compensate the award stay in GS than the IC Hong Kong which hardly achieve 95% occupancy rate. The magic occupancy rate which IHG needs to pay ADR rather than set rate.
