Similar to a basic room in Holiday Inn Express in Hong Kong for advance purchased rate.

Can not remember exactly but Club lounge was somewhere HKD$500-700 few years back (????). Was not in HKG for years but Grand Stanford generally have a higher occupancy rate thus IHG pay more to compensate the award stay in GS than the IC Hong Kong which hardly achieve 95% occupancy rate. The magic occupancy rate which IHG needs to pay ADR rather than set rate.
