Hi, I hope someone can point me in the right direction cos I don't quite understand how to book a flight using my Krisflyer points on another * Alliance carrier.

I'm planning a trip to Hokkaido. Do I redeem miles for a ticket from Singapore to Tokyo (I have UNited Mileageplus miles for this). Now I'm trying to redeem an award flight on ANA (* Alliance) from Tokyo to Chitose. I go to SQ page but when I click on Krisflyer redemption, there are no options for Chitose (there is if I don't click the award flight checkbox). What am I doing wrong?
