We may reach the same conclusion, but if we don't love casita 40 it will presumably be easier to ask to move to a beach casita, given that there are quite a few beach casitas and only one #40. Or if we don't care for #40 maybe we will see about paying to upgrade further into a villa. Definitely took into account all of the mixed reviews here re #40 though.
