I use this app on my IPhone all the time, so far I like the new look and feel.

Haven't had a cancellation yet to try the re-book feature, but it sounds from other comments up the thread like the app will enforce "the rules" regarding re-booking - what are those rules? Can I get refund or credit on the mobile device if I don't want to re-book at all because the trip is now pointless?
